Cherie E. Truesdell is a fine art photographer who creates intricately staged images to explore the inner human landscape through the use of symbolism and allegory. Each photo series is planned months in advance, starting with a rough sketch and a color story. Vintage, used, and found objects are often incorporated to emphasize the passage of time and obsolescence . Cherie’s work has been described as surreal, haunting, and other-worldly. Exhibited across the United States, Cherie’s work was recently featured on the design show Buying It Blind and on the cover of Pastiche magazine. Cherie lives and works in Marietta, Georgia.
