Statement:

omen is from the series when the stars fell from the sky, which depicts my experience in the face of debilitating grief and loss. Although it is  deeply personal, it is meant to speak more universally, to the what happens to us as humans—what happens to our psyche—when we are faced with a life event that we never saw coming and find difficult to maneuver through.
