Bio: Steven Parisi-Gentile is a still and moving image photographer living in an old, stubborn 100 year old cottage in New York’s Hudson Valley. Although he discovered photography early in life, his post-college years found him working in advertising, corporate communications, entertainment, and ethnographic consumer research.
His photo work tends to put a contemplative, meditative touch on the natural landscape in all his art portfolios, edging along the realism abstraction line. In his unending dialogue with the world and his desire to better understand it, Steve selfishly asks the viewer to join him in his very personal exploration and meandering discovery.
