Statement:
On a spring morning on Mt. Tamalpais, a female coyote saw me watching her, and made eye contact. We held the connection for several seconds, in which she wanted to know my intentions, and I replied that I would not enter her area without her permission. Afterwards, she went about her business, hunting small rodents, and I stayed put, photographing her. A good time was had by all.
