BIO:
Neal retired in 2013 from a career as a financial executive with early-stage, venture capital financed technology companies. In retirement, he has expanded a longtime interest in photography to an active pursuit of photographing pretty much anything in outdoors nature, as well as anything involving his granddaughters and pets. He is a member of the Atlanta Photography Group, the Georgia Nature Photographers Association (Griffin Chapter), and the Peachtree City Photography Club.
Statement:
The image was captured in 2025 at Huntington Beach State Park on the South Carolina coast. The sunrise view was interrupted by passing tanker traffic on the horizon.
