
BIO:
For over 40 years, photographer Richard Bram has been walking the streets of the world looking for the ambient weirdness everyday life. He has worked on major public events and intimate private moments, always with an eye for a significant gesture to animate the photograph. He is a founding member of UP Photographers, the first international street photography collective. Bram has published three books of his work, writes, lectures, and leads workshops on street photography. In 2020, a major solo retrospective exhibition was held at the Mannheimer Kunstverein in Mannheim, Germany. His work has been seen in over forty solo and group exhibitions around the world and is part of major museum collections in America and Europe. He now makes his home on the banks of the River Thames in Limehouse where he observes the water, light and air of the river.
