BIO:
I have been a street photographer for many years. Out in the world, “on the street”, is where I feel the most inspired, engaged, and creative. It is where I uncover ideas, find the pieces and make connections. My projects range from portraits of people and cities to investigations into religion, landscapes, and a long range series that discovers the surreal in the everyday. I have had several solo shows in Minnesota and numerous group exhibitions across the United States. In addition to photography I have collaborated with filmmaker and writer Shelli Ainsworth on short and feature films and worked in the photography department at Walker Art Center in Minneapolis.
