BIO: I’m a photographer based in Greenwich, Connecticut. My work includes portrait and personal branding photography, along with an ongoing self-portrait practice that began in 2022. In my self-portraits, I use color, humor and a love of mid-century imagery to turn ordinary moments into something a little more playful and theatrical.
STATEMENT: Lather is part of my ongoing Overdressed self-portrait series. In this image, I turn the ordinary task of dishwashing into a staged performance, using exaggerated styling, bubbles, and a deliberately polished presentation to play with the contrast between domestic routine and appearance.
